Meditation

Meditation is our way to journey to the place of peace/power/creativity/source/god/goddess/all that is/infinite consciousness - or whatever name you have for this state of consciousness. It is stilling the mind and opening the awareness to receive the infinite light-energy, which may come to you through your sensory perceptions. Expect to see colours or images. Expect to hear sounds or words. Let the images come to you. It is not your imagination - yet the mind will receive images or impressions, or perfumes.

You are constantly receiving impressions from the world around you. In meditation the aim is to get to the states beyond normal mind/body/emotions and to reconnect with the source of your life. By connecting into that energy you will be relaxing the mind and body and perhaps receive creative ideas, or answers to questions or concerns you have. When you have finished the meditation you should feel refreshed.

Each time you listen to this meditation, you will have a different experience. You can also hold the awareness as you go on the journey while you open your eyes and pause the message, if you want to remain longer in that state, then restart it, but do complete the message to return properly to your body and be grounded again.
