| Lani - my journey An inter-weaving of physical and spiritual aspects in my life.
1949 November 10, born in Auckland, New Zealand, the youngest of 3 children (all passionately involved in healing and the truth of the universe), to wonderful hardworking parents, a loving and spiritual family. Named Margaret Jean Calkin.
1950 the family moved to live in Taupo, on the shores of a beautiful clear lake, North Island, New Zealand.
As a child favourite games were helping people 'get better', and office work.
9 yrs - after some years of pain and unwellness, diagnosed with crippling joint disorder, medical opinion in wheelchair before age 14 yrs.
Treated by a spiritual healer/trance medium/minister
6 months later medical specialist bewildered by health improvement.
Became aware of spirit guides/healers through the trance medium sessions - told I would become aware of my guide later when ready.
Age 12 - vision of myself giving spiritual messages.
Left college to become typist/secretary.
Lived life, married 7 years. Daughter Lyn born in 1972.
1974 questioning why was I here?
1974 marriage breakdown leading to divorce.
1977 spirit visitor shaking me, wake up!
1977 began attending inner development courses at Tauhara Centre, spending time in their seven sided meditation chamber.
1979 Lyn went to live with her father.
Late 70's/early 80's - extremely powerful knowing I needed to help people, which meant ending a relationship I was in at the time.
1980 at Tauhara Centre led first guided meditation group into Egyptian times - beginning of my group work.
My first guide, White Feather, appeared. He commenced my introduction to channelling.
Began my own meditation group.
Helped and supported by light beings during many stressful times, some in angelic form, some small silvery beings smaller than humans who spoke in silvery musical voices.
I progressed spiritually, and White Feather could also then progress.
Abdullah came in, a strong Arabian being.
On the inner planes I was known as Illana.
Many insights to other lifetime experiences - especially the ending of previous one, where I happily raced up steps to my 'temple', and the anguish I felt when I realised I had to come back to Earth-plane, but was surrounded by loving beings and shown some who would be around me to support me, some to help me to remember, some to take part in the work. One was my Dad.
Lifetime teaching psychic children to use their telepathy and other abilities with caution, respecting privacy. A time of harmony and creation, where "paintings" were manifested on different "canvas" by thought impression.
Lifetime in living quarters where walls are opaque and change colour as you move past them, where clothing changes colour reflecting your vibration, where there is low gravity - objects don't just drop and fall to the floor, where walls are not solid and at will can be moved through, where the temperature is controlled - wind and extreme temperatures are foreign to me.
Lifetime where large creatures exist - giant praying mantis.
Lifetime as a 'missionary' with others (whom I have met up with now to clear the residual energy left in memory and energy field from the way of passing from that experience).
1983/4 Left Taupo, lived in NSW, Australia for 6 months retreat.
Weeks of early morning meditation messages, and being prepared and groomed for my work.
Inner journeys across desert to fire near oasis, waiting.
Finally a spacecraft came, I was lifted into this and beyond it, filled with light energy.
Shown it would be 10 years before I was ready to work with High Ones.
1984/5 Returned to New Zealand, to Auckland, began using the name Lani [full version Astralani, although I never revealed this to anyone]. Some years later my sister had the urge to use the name Astra.
Attended many spiritual groups.
1988 in meditation guided to begin my group and record the sessions.
Recalled the experience written in the Awakening message.
Several times over the next few years this message resurfaces in my memory, each time confirming what is happening, with realisations of more of the message.
I was ill and feverish for a week, even on the day of the first group, but again the light beings supported me and guided me.
On the beach at Whangamata, saw large spacecraft in the clouds, low over the beach & water. Subsequently told I was lifted into this vessel.
1989 returning home from giving readings in another town, dined in an octagonal restaurant, my heart yearned to have a home like that.
1990 D'aan addressing the group through me, until we raised our vibrations enough to receive the energy of further light beings.
1990 found a builder who was open to inspirational ideas - my octagonal home was built.
1991, Easter, my Dad passed into spirit. A short time after his passing he visited us [the family were together but not with him when he passed over] and he said to me "Its over to you now" [to hold the energy].
1992 Onaan working with us, great inspirations. He brought in Commander Soltec to speak on the work of the agents of light. Onaan preparing us to receive the presence of High Ones.
1995 Orem came to us, one of the High Ones. Yes, it took 10 years until I was ready to trust the messages, and myself.
1996 created a website to distribute the messages around the world.
1997 introduced to flower essences and assisted by the etheric beings to create the Omega Essences and healing creams using essential oils. My brother remembers me at about 5 yrs collecting leaves and seeds from the Tea Tree bushes and making them into a healing paste.
2009 trained as a BodyTalk Access Technician - some parts of which I had already been shown while bringing through Messages for others.
Many car trips while driving have been in contact with small ships, usually 2 people on board.
Experienced myself as one of them.
Many times in my life my energy has been used to prevent harmful incidents, and there have been times when I have been attacked verbally for my work.
Several instances of precognition of events - people asking me for help, seeing a car accident minutes after I had left the location, seeing a body found then a group member ringing shortly after that to tell me he had found it.
Attended many groups, courses, chakra energy, transcendental meditation, pulsing, reiki, NZ Fed. of Spiritual Healers, Infinite Way groups, flower essence training, techniques of many types - each time I have had to set them aside and come back to the inner training and messages for my purpose.
Many members of my family on both sides of the family tree are actively involved in working consciously with the Higher Energy of Creation, in their own way.
Since 1988 my life has been committed to the bringing of higher dimensional energy and messages through to this world and awakening and uplifting other people. It has been and is the core essence of my life. The everyday living and support and material world is not my real life, yet it draws me into meeting wonderful people like you! I thank the many people and beings of light who have helped me on my pathway - you know who you are!
And, I thank you for being in my life and I bless you on your pathway to enlightenment.
